Each year, a different continent welcomes, on a specific theme, a selection of Rising Stars who are experts in the selected themes. After the first Global Governance Initiative in Washington on the geostrategic analyzes of Barack Obama, our Foundation took part in the Forum on Peace and Security in Africa, organized in Dakar in December 2014 by the Foundation for Strategic Research.

From 2015 to 2018, the Global Governance Initiative took place in Paris in partnership with the Higher Council for Strategic Training and Research (CSFRS), around the following themes: “Who is the enemy? », « A fragmented world: the centrifugal forces of globalization », « The hybridization of threats » and « Deterrence(s) ».
