Political models show their limits.

They are confronted with the erosion of State authority, the opening of borders, new economic conditions or competition from networks of all kinds - cultural, religious, social, artistic... - which create the dynamics of the world far from the classic geopolitics to which we were accustomed.

 

For the first time, History is experiencing not one but four simultaneous technological revolutions: digital, but also biotechnology, robotics and nanotechnology. Faced with the extreme difficulty of regulating them in order to derive the best common benefit from them, they are experienced, in an anxious world, both as carriers of progress and of major risks for humanity.
